Get ready, because the Polar Express is coming! Cloud Peak Energy, Singh Contracting, BNSF, and Stillwater Mining Present: The Polar Express! Once again, the fabulous story of the “Polar Express” is coming to life in the Historic Billings Depot for 6 nights, November 29th, 30th, December 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2017! You and your children will be dazzled by both the story, told in a children’s theater production, along with a “magical” visit from Santa! This historic train station will be transformed into a winter wonderland where dozens of children in footie jammies will snuggle in on a fuzzy red rug surrounding the stage, where a children’s theatrical production will enthrall everyone with the wonderful story of Jimmy and the gang in the Polar Express. At just the right moment, a magical sound and light show heralds the arrival of Santa on a “magical train” bound for the North Pole! Santa stops at the Billings Depot for a visit, singing Christmas carols and taking professional pictures with each child. Santa even has a present for each kiddo to take home with them! This year, the child will be able to take home a 25th anniversary hardcover edition of the Polar Express book (or a couple of alternatives if they already have that one!) along with enjoying a dozen other fun activities including a minature train ride, hot cocoa and cookies, making several different crafts, decorating cookies, and "elf dancing." The cost for all this fun will be $24.95 per person. Everything is included in the ticket price, even the professional photo by Jeff Hosa Photography! Important note on ages: To guide parents trying to decide If their child is old enough, this event is designed for children between the approximate ages of 3 and 8 years old, although older children frequently still enjoy the show. In order to participate in all of the activities, children need to be independent enough to be able to sit separately from their parents and follow simple directions. For the older kids, the rule of thumb is that as long as they still believe in Santa, they are going to love it! ❤ Tickets go on sale November 7th on the Depot's website! Tickets sell out VERY fast, so keep your eyes out for updates and mark your calendars so you can get yours now before it's too late. As always, the Depot will be collecting donations to help families in need be able to enjoy some of this Christmas magic. Please go to the Depot's website to donate or nominate a family in need by Monday, October 30th. Thank you to our amazing sponsors for making this event affordable for families! Singh Contracting, Inc., Cloud Peak Energy, BNSF Railway, and Stillwater Mining Company. You bring these memories to life for hundreds of Billings families! 29 November 6 pm 30 November 6 pm 1 December 3 pm and 6 pm 2 December 3 pm and 6 pm 3 December 6 pm
