Previously,    it    was    always    thought that   drawing   only   for   those   who   draw really    well.    But    thanks    to    sip    and paint   everyone   can   feel   like   an   artist. The    favorable    effect    of    art    therapy has       long       been       proven       by psychologists.    The    concept,    when you   draw   and   at   the   same   time   drink wine,   is   ideal,   to   relax   after   a   hard working    week    and    overcome    your stresses.   Recently   Rocky   Mountains college    students    have    tried    to    join this     aristocratic     hobby.     However, instead    of    wine    was    non-alcoholic drinks,   but   still   everything   went   perfectly.   And   all   thanks   to   Rachel   Steiner .   Her   way   of   teaching   is   amazing.   ““I   always   loved art..   I   loved   doing   it   my   mom   and   i   painted   when   I   was   little.      It’s   something   that   I’ve   always   carried   on.   Now   that   I’m   a   math teacher   I   don’t   really   get   a   creative   outlet   often   so   when   i   get   to   do   this   kind   of   stuff   its   really   important   to   me   to   be   able   to   really affect   the   if   side   especially   when   I’m   thinking   so   logically   during   the   day   i   just   like   being   around   people   and   college   kids   are   so much   fun.   Before   I   used   to   teach   almost   every   night..   now   that   i   teach   its   once   or   twice   a   month   not   very   often   usually   on   a larger scale more people”, - told Rachel. And here's what one of the participants in the process April Wood  said: “This is the first time I’ve done this but i really enjoyed it and i thought it was a great time to express myself i don’t draw a lot”’ - And 1 of December at 8.30 pm (Bitterroot Sip and Paint 1911 King Avenue West Suite 11) you can try to sip and paint!
