This   week   Billings   has   been   hit   with   White Supremacy   Propaganda,   anti   LGBTQ   texts, and more. Under   fliers   and   spray   painted   attack   were Billings     Grace     United     Methodist     Church, Pioneer Park, schools. “To     whoever     put     these     fliers     on     our sanctuary    doors:   Your    message    of    hate will   not   intimidate   or   stop   us.   It   didn’t   stop us   tonight   as   an   amazing   group   of   young people   gathered   to   laugh   and   do   art   and share    life.    It    won’t    stop    us    on Sunday   from   proclaiming   Christ’s Good   News   that   God   loves   all   God’s   children   and   the   church   is   a   place   for everyone.   And    it    won’t    stop    us    from    praying    for    you    -    from    hoping    that tomorrow   you   will   be   kinder   than   you   were   today.   We   are   a   place   of   grace   - and   our   hearts,   our   minds,   and   our   doors   stay   open”,   -   Billings   Grace   United Methodist Church reacted “This   Billings   City   Councilwoman   stands   with   you   Grace   United   Methodist Church   united   in   love   and   equality   for   our   brothers   and   sisters   in   the   LGBTQ community.    Thank    you    for    shepherding    the    Billings    community    with    the strength   and   power   of   God's   love   for   ALL   and   demonstrating   the   love   of Christ   for   ALL.   I   am   proud   of   you   and   my   heart   is   filled   with   gratitude   and respect   for   you”,   -   City   Council   Rep   Penny   Ronning   wrote.   She   will   speak   on Upstanders unite event about the diversity and safety of our community. Gather with Not In Our Town Billings and fellow UPSTANDERS. We   will   share   a   short   film   about   Billings’   historic   fight   against   hate   in   the 90’s. We   will   also   open   the   floor   for   any   community   member,   parent,   and   neighbor to   share   their   thoughts   and   concerns   for   the   safety   of   Billings!”,   -   organizers   of event   said.   Also   they   added:   “Graffiti   of   swastikas   and   KKK   symbols   were found   on   our   local   schools   and   surrounding   areas.   Those   living   in   the   area were able to fully clean up this hateful propaganda. Tips if you see hate crimes: 1- call the Billings Police Billings Police Department 2-   report   the   hate   crime   using   Montana   Human   Rights   Network   -   MHRN   link below. 3- gather/unite neighbors and family to take a stand.
